Executive Recruitment - We offer a
customized approach to candidate recruitment, selection and
evaluation. We attempt to match the unique characteristics
of a community with the specialized skills of the applicant.
Each community is different and our desire is to identify
qualified candidates that will fit the specific personality for
your organization. We will develop a complete profile of
the community, objectives of the organization, identify the
organizational culture and your specific needs. We
will establish a link between the Mayor and City Council and key
management employees to ensure that the candidates personality
will blend with community leaders. We will narrow the applicant
pool as directed by the client. Chell Consulting, LLC will
visit with each applicant, to ensure their goals match that of
the client. We will perform a preliminary background check, and
provide a summary of our findings to the client. We will
then assist the client in setting up interviews, conducting background
investigations on the selected candidates and can aid in the
final negotiations. We will provide weekly progress updates
throughout the entire process.

Personnel Policies and Procedures
- Employment laws are constantly changing. To ensure that your
policies and procedures are current, they need to be reviewed
periodically, at least every five years. Chell Consulting,
LLC can review your current policies and procedures and make
revisions and additions to keep you in compliance with current
employment law. Chell Consulting, LLC consults with
two law firms that specialize in personnel and employment law.

Capital Project Planning - We
help organizations develop a multi-year capital planning process
that identifies facilities, infrastructure and large capital
equipment requirements. This plan will identify goals for
3 to 5 years and help establish a priority schedule for future
years. This process includes all elected officials as well

explain the job skill and physical abilities necessary to do the

pitfalls. Employment law changes constantly
and your job descriptions must be reviewed and revised
periodically (every three to five years) to ensure that they are
